I am an animal-lover and have been my whole life. I prefer to surround myself with people who also love their companion animals and treat them not only as a part of their family, but as their furry, four-legged children.

I do have other interests, of course. I’m an amateur photographer, a nature-lover, and an aspiring writer. Every word you find on this site (or any of my others) is completely my own.
Otherwise, I am a wife of 20 years, a daughter, a sister, and a best friend. I am the guardian currently of five indoor kitty cats and I volunteer with a local pet rescue group.
Even as a young child I recognized that people would always have tasks or chores they simply didn’t enjoy doing, and I instinctively stepped into the role of “helper” and happily went about completing chores no one else liked.
That intuition and desire to help stuck with me throughout the years and the professions I test-drove. From being employed by an international productivity consulting corporation to a husband and wife-run desktop publishing company, I had a tendency to treat each business as if it were my own. Unfortunately, that inclination wasn’t always warmly welcomed by my employers.
When I decided to become a virtual assistant in 2003, it gave me the freedom to begin sharing these worthy traits with clients who fully appreciated and recognized the value of my efforts on their behalf.
